i cannot access uwilinc and i sent an email to help desk and they sent me the link to ask a librarian. i am trying to complete a task for FOUN1001 about refrences in APA and i need to select a book and a journal about natural disasters. iit always tells me that the page cannot be reached.

Thank you for your query. There have been intermittent challenges with accessing UWILinc which is being looked into by the technical team. They have indicated that they believe that this intermittent issue occurs when a previous SAML token is present in the browser cache or the application did not log out properly.
Grateful if you could try any (or all) of the following:
a) Clear cache / history
b) Use another browser
c) Go to https://myopen.uwi.edu, click "log out" in the top right corner, and then close the browser. Then, try logging in again.
If the issue still reoccurs please contact us again to see how we can assist yu with locating some resources.
