Why am I getting "your user ID is not valid, please refer to Library staff for assistance" when I try to request a book in UWIlinC?

Your user ID (Global Campus ID) is only valid for requesting The UWI Global Campus Libraries' books. This does not apply to ebooks, see our Guides & Tutorials on how to access ebooks.
For non Global Campus Libraries' books you are unable to request these because you are not an authorised user of the other campuses. If you are in the country of another UWI Campus Library you may visit that Library to access their collections. Special conditions may apply, so please contact the other UWI library before visiting.
In UWIlinC, you may narrow your search results to books from the Global Campus only. To do this, select under "Tweak my results" in the right panel "UWI" then "Global Campus Libraries".
