If you've followed the steps in the video and are still experiencing issues, please submit the following information to helpdesk@open.uwi.edu:
- Full Name
- UWI Global Campus Email Address
- Student ID Number and Program
- Error Message: Please include the exact wording of the error message you receive (e.g., "Sorry, your account does not have permission to access the requested resource").
