Dear N.M. You may not have been fully registered as yet. As for the text "Research methods in education", there are currently three persons waiting for its use. Unfortunately is you do not have ID clearance, you cannot access the e-resource. as yet. This is matter that has to be rectified by the Information Technology department.
Can you provide your full name, UWI ID number, and UWI e-mail, so that your issue of access may be investigated and resolved.
